One priority task. A defined arrangement. A practical way to find out whether the equipment and support make a difference for your people.

A practical path from need to use.

01 / Assess the need

Understand the users, setting, priority task and barriers. Review existing devices, connectivity, accessibility and privacy needs before choosing equipment.

02 / Configure the bridge

Prepare suitable equipment, approved applications and permissions. Test shared-session handling where relevant. Use suitable existing Wi-Fi; assess cellular coverage and actual usage only when mobile service is needed.

03 / Deploy the solution

Install, test and orient the people using it. Confirm that a representative user can complete the agreed task and understands how to request help.

04 / Manage the access

Maintain the agreed configuration, updates and support. Document who handles device, connection and application failures, along with repair, reassignment and end-of-service arrangements.

05 / Measure the impact

Review task completion, access failures, support effort, user experience and full cost. Use the evidence to renew, modify or end the arrangement—not device distribution alone.

PROPOSED / 90-DAY ADOPTION PILOT

Start small. Learn before expanding.

Start small. Learn before expanding.

An initial paid or sponsored pilot focuses on one priority task, with a named budget owner and local contact. Price, responsibilities and success measures are agreed before deployment.

Days 1–15 / Define

Record starting conditions, assess the task and agree on equipment, price, ownership and the minimum improvement worth pursuing.

Days 16–30 / Prepare

Configure, complete technical and privacy checks, orient users and obtain acceptance for the agreed task.

Days 31–75 / Operate

Record support time, interruptions and user feedback. Distinguish device, network, authentication and application issues.

Days 76–90 / Decide

Compare results with the baseline, reconcile actual costs and choose whether to renew, adjust or end the service.

The pilot evaluates service delivery and commercial fit. It does not establish clinical effectiveness or broad community impact. Before-and-after improvement alone does not prove causation.

A scoped quote identifies assessment and deployment fees, recurring management, equipment ownership, support hours and response targets. Hardware, licenses, connectivity, visits and replacements are included explicitly or priced separately. There is no standard price claimed here: costs follow the actual task and support required.

Bring a defined task, authorized access to the chosen applications, a suitable place to use the equipment and a contact for service coordination. Application development and cross-system integrations are assessed separately. For sponsored devices, agree on funding renewal and alternative access if support ends.
